betahaus | Salon #2 (interactive)

BETAHAUS | SALON #2 „MUSS MAN SIEGEN, UM ZU GEWINNEN“?

Im Arbeitsleben meinen viele, ohne Wettbewerb wäre Fortschritt undenkbar.  Andererseits entstehen im Gerangel ums Siegertreppchen selten nachhaltige Lösungen.

Wie können wir mit diesem Dilemma umgehen?  Welche Rolle spielt unser Menschenbild dabei?

BETAHAUS | SALON #2: „NO GAIN WITHOUT DEFEAT“?

Practitioners' meet-up on innovation, organisation, motivation and different views of humankind. Deutscher Text s.o. In business, many think "without competition there would never be progress".

On the other hand, we rarely see sustainable solutions being developed down in the trenches. How can we deal with this dilemma?  Are these two different underlying views of humankind, or just two sides of a coin?  How can context effectively motivate people to collaborate on good ideas?

How can these questions help us collaborate at work? In our day-to-day work life, many of us experience innovation, organisation, motivation, and "Menschenbild" to be closely connected.

This meet-up invites practitioners to exchange personal experiences, and to explore realistic approaches for toeam to collectively develop sustainable solutions. We want to reflect on traditional beliefs and paradigms in management, business and economics, and develop suggestions for sustainable management and a healthy work environment.
