We're looking for a Community Management Intern!

Join us for a duration of a minimum of 3 months, with full-time availability. Applications are open until end of August.

About the position

As a community management intern, you’ll be one of the main faces of betahaus. You’ll be the one everyone comes to. Our coworking members, event clients, guests, and other stakeholders talk to whenever they want information, have a request, or need help with a problem. You’ll spend most of your time at the Front Desk dealing with all kinds of incoming tasks, however you’ll also be a hands-on runner during various community events.

  • Gain experience in a community management role
  • Improve your sales and community management skills
  • Gain experience in organising & coordinating community events
  • Insight into the Berlin startup ecosystem.
  • A network of entrepreneurs: Learn and gain inspiration!

your QualIFICATIONS

  • Dealing with incoming requests from & providing information to members, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Taking care of space maintenance and the general well-being of our members.
  • Organising community events (weekly and monthly) and running the ones that we already have.
  • Working on new ideas for community events and activities.

What we expect form you:

  • You can professionally communicate with clients & members of the betahaus community.
  • Efficient working proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing (German is a plus!).
  • You have an open, hands-on attitude and love being on-site, dealing with daily tasks in a hands-on manner.
  • You’re service oriented.
  • You are creative in finding solutions; instant problem-solving skills!
  • You’re reliable & feel determined to do the best you can.
