ABOUT THE POSITION

ABOUT BETAHAUS X

At betahausX we leverage, grow, and scale the value of entrepreneurial communities by offering tailored access for corporate and public partners. We empower our partners by providing global scouting for external innovators – predominantly startups, SMEs and freelancers – through our global, on-the-ground network. By building and executing innovative programs (hackathons, challenges, accelerators, conferences, etc.), we give big companies and governments the fuel to level up to the next stage whilst empowering meaningful innovations and founders. Over the last several years, our team has supported many big corporate clients and various public partners. Currently, betahausX has its HQ in Berlin and is running programs in over 15 different countries.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English, German fluency or proficiency a plus
• Knowledge or strong interest of network startup ecosystem
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Good organisational and planning abilities
• Fine communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Creative problem solver
• Self motivated with positive and professional approach to management
• Conduct research on new technologies, startup news and investments, co-working trends
• Community management of startup alumni network and partners

OUT / WORD BACKLOG

In close collaboration with betahaus' global network of international partners, the Project Management Intern designs the event formats - landing pads, hackathons, challenges, accelerators, conferences... and together with the growth manager perfectly matches the opportunities coming from the partners side and needs towards the startups and developers.

You will carry out the program design of innovation projects and lead the communication with our mentors, coaches and participating teams and ensures the community building aspect is met in every step.
