What is good for me? - School of Love Berlin Workshop

What is really good for me? And how can I live and work well? Our life is getting more complex every day, our relationships are also not that simple and our work environment is changing faster and faster. How can we still know what’s good and important for us?
RSVP

At the School of Love Berlin, Sven Lager and Elke Naters research and build healthy relationships and want to share with you their experiences as coaches. They will show you how the results of brain research and modern psychology can help us to shape healthy mindsets.

We will get a glimpse of

- how to draw healthy boundaries

- how to say no

- how to get priorities right

- to understand that feelings and thoughts are not our identity

- and how we can read our actual season in life with our unique set of human needs.

Stuff you will need to live a good work-life-and-love-balance. And honestly, who doesn’t want that?

Join us for an evening with essential research and practical advice: interactive, with Q&A and beer and soft drinks.
Hosted by Sven Lager und Elke Naters, founders, writers and mentors of Sharehaus.net and Schooloflove.berlin.

The event is FREE, but make sure to RSVP on Eventbrite, so we know you're coming!

About the Workshop Holders:

The School of Love Berlin as an academy for a new age of enlightenment in relationships. Among other projects Sven Lager and Elke Naters started coaching strong couples who are committed to love one another, and who want to invest into their love relationship before it is too late. They are writers, artists, social entrepreneurs, have raised two stunning kids, founded the Sharehaus, lived on three continents and see Berlin - a town rich in failure and new beginnings - as their home town and place of work, family and friends.
