What if we could learn to fail better and make it a creative process? Instead of just getting up and dusting off our clothes can't we make our stumble a new form of dancing?
The Lumen collective is asking ourselves strange questions like that and use it to consult big companies in their transformation. Pixar has been using #failforward for years as creative pioneers, so we want to share with you what failing has to do with creativity and how we can use it to the better for job and life. And why we in the age of fast paced new work there is now other way than to fail forward.
We'll tell you a bit about how to have fun and to be successful with #failforward, hear some stories around that and have a Q&A with you all.
If not all fails. Beer and soft drinks will make that definitely more pleasant then.
Guest: Marlin Watling, ex-HR Roche, Lumen, founder and visionary
Host: Sven Lager, Lumen, founder of Schooloflove.berlin and Sharehaus.net
The event is FREE, but make sure to RSVP on Eventbrite, so we know you're coming!
