What are the benefits of a private office in a coworking space?
So many! It offers the best of both worlds - the flexibility and vibrant community of a shared workspace, with the added privacy and control of your own dedicated and customised space. This setup can lead to increased productivity for your team, access to shared amenities, networking opportunities, community events and the most important: saving a LOT of costs so you can use your budget for growing your business.
Can I rent a private office on a short-term basis?
Yes! While our private offices have a 3-month minimum commitment, we also offer flexible options for remote teams who only need a space a few times per month. Send us an inquiry and specify your needs so we can find the right membership for you.
Can I customize my private office space?
Absolutely, it’s your space. We provide you the basic furniture set-up with desks, ergonomic office chairs, office-supplies, shelves, plants and power strips. But if you want to hang a huge inflated elephant balloon, your great grandma’s antique spoon collection or a lifesize cardboard cutout of Enrique Iglesias, whatever makes your team feel at home! (Just make sure there’s no fire hazard)
Does a private office membership include meeting rooms?
Certainly! Each team member receives 5 hours of meeting room credits per month, which can be used to book any available meeting room across all locations — even if it's not your team's home base. Phone booths can also be booked, and these do not require any credits.
Can I bring pets?
We’re definitely dog-friendly! You’re welcome to bring your furry friend, but please let our Front Desk team know in advance. We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, quiet, and kept on a leash at all times.
Can I get a tour?
Of course! You can send an email to frontdesk.kb@betahaus.de to plan in a tour of the haus or have us answer any other questions you might have!

In 2009, we found a 250m² warehouse in Kreuzberg and simply started building the kind of workspace we couldn’t find anywhere else. A place where people could focus, meet, and share ideas — without all the usual office formalities. Since then, we’ve grown, but our approach has stayed the same: flexible, personal, community-focused and always evolving.
