Time period: asap to August 31st with high possibility of prolongation

What will you be doing in this role?

• You are supporting the Head of Operations on one specific client project
• You are involved in the day-to-day support of the project by drafting materials, conducting research and analysis, collecting notes from meetings and workshops, creating meeting reports and helping on project organisation
• You create written content including meeting protocols, workshop reports, research and analysis, events invitation and results
• You are conducting and analyzing research and developing insights and draft reports for clients
• You put documents in existing design templates and make sure it looks professional (design skills is a plus but not a requirement)
• You are actively involved in pitch- & outreach activities
• You develop, build and deploy events and activities (online/offline when possible)

Who are we looking for in this role?

• You have an academic degree in communications, public relations, political sciences, international relations or relevant fields
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Fluency in German, ideally native speaker
• You have a passion and talent for crafting stories, you enjoy producing engaging (written) communications content
• You have experience (1-2 years) in community building, event management (online/offline) and community management 
• You are used to working in an online environment and familiar with online working/event tools (Asana, Slack, Zoom, Webex, Hopin, Eventbrite, Meetup, etc.)
• You are a curious mind and are willing to dive deep into new topics, even if they are beyond your expertise (or comfort zone!)
• You have a genuine interest in coworking, new work, community building 
• You take initiative and work proactively to meet deadlines and make sure the quality of your work is excellent by working detailed and concise
• You have a proactive and positive attitude and a desire to learn and develop new ideas
