We’re open (yay!), but we ask that you follow these health and safety guidelines to ensure this workspace is safe for everyone.
We are taking the following measures based on sources like WHO, Robert-Koch-Institut, and the Gesundheitsamt.
Our commitment has always been to our community and clients, and this time is no different. We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions that consider public health along with our mission. We’re determined to do our part by supporting official actions that help to prevent the virus from spreading and harming risk groups.
Space, Masks & Personal Protection (01.04.2021)

A FFP2 mask is mandatory when you leave your desk - Coworkers are required to wear a medicinal mask as mouth-and-nose-covering when not sitting at their desk. The Front Desk can provide single use masks to anyone who doesn’t have one.
Keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between people - Seating is marked with a sticker as “safe seat”. Keep lunch breaks to a max. 3 people with the necessary security distance.
No roaming between the locations until further notice.
No External Guests - Meetings with external guests should take place online only until further notice.
Practice a safe and healthy routine throughout the day - You know the drill! Wash your hands regularly, avoid touching your face, and air out the rooms. We are cleaning the spaces daily. Should you have any requests or concerns, please inform the Front Desk Team.
Maximum capacity - Until further notice, the spaces will remain open with a maximum of 100 people. If you are working at betahaus with a large team, we are happy to help work on a solution with you.
Building Access - Please use the betahaus app to access the Club Lounge and Pro areas. Our opening hours for our members remain regular: Mon-Thu, 9:00 - 20:00, Fri 9:00 - 18:00, or 24/7 access according to your plan.
Front Desk Opening Hours - The opening hours for our Front Desk Team may vary. Our Team is available in person from Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 16:00.
Keep meeting rooms to a maximum capacity of 2 people, depending on their size! If you need space for larger groups, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org!

If you are feeling sick or have been in contact with someone with suspected or confirmed symptoms of COVID-19, please avoid the use of the space until you have completed the recommended recovery period.
Other General Health Guidelines
Report suspected/confirmed cases: If any member of betahaus is suspected or confirmed as having COVID-19, please let us know as soon as possible. We will treat any personal information confidential.

What to Do If You’re Feeling Sick
Should you feel like coming down with a fever, cough and/or difficulty breathing, it is advised by the medical and local authorities to:
- Seek medical testing & care if advised
- Call the Coronavirus Hotline in advance before visiting any medical facility
- Take enough time off before returning to work
Calling in advance will allow authorities to quickly direct you to the right health facility and to make sure any facility can prepare to help prevent the spread of viruses and other infections.
