We’re open (yay!), but we ask that you follow these health and safety guidelines to ensure this workspace is safe for everyone.
We are grateful that the Coronavirus will not significantly impact our day-to-day, but nevertheless, we are taking the following measures based on sources like WHO, Robert-Koch-Institut, and the Gesundheitsamt.
Our commitment has always been to our community and clients, and this time is no different. We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions that consider public health along with our mission. We’re determined to do our part by supporting official actions that help to prevent the virus from spreading and harming risk groups.
Updated 01 October 2020
Our coworking spaces will remain accessible for members - We are offering Day Passes, Free Trial Days and Tours by appointment only until further notice. We ask that members invite their guests to online conferences, and only meet in-person in the meeting rooms with max. 3 people.
Wear your mask when you leave your desk - Coworkers are required to wear mouth and nose coverings when not sitting at their desk unless otherwise indicated. The Front Desk can provide single use masks to anyone who doesn’t have one.
Building Access - Please use the betahaus app to access the CLUB Lounge and PRO areas. This will allow us to monitor the number of people in the building and ensure we’re meeting capacity guidelines. Our opening hours for our members remain regular: Mon-Thu, 9:00 - 20:00, Fri 9:00 - 18:00, or 24/7 access according to your plan.
Keeping a distance - We ask that you keep a friendly distance from one another. We are improving our coworking areas in both locations to provide enough space (1,5M) between each desk spot.
Maximum capacity - Until further notice, the spaces will remain open to a maximum of 150 people, by recommendation of the local authorities and health experts. If you are working at betahaus with a large team, we are happy to help you with a solution for you and your colleagues.
Keeping the space clean and organized - We are cleaning the spaces daily. Should you have any requests or concerns, please inform the Front Desk Team.
Practice a safe and healthy routine throughout the day - Wash your hands regularly and air out the rooms. There are disinfectant dispensers at the entry of betahaus and self-cleaning stations on the coworking floors.
Our Front Desk will remain on reduced hours until further notice. The Front Desk team is available for you in person at both spaces from Monday-Friday, 10:00 - 15:30, and online via email and Slack until 18:00.
Community events organized by betahaus will be brought online, or take place in-person with limited capacity. This includes betabreakfast, Office Hours, basement.sessions, and betabeer. Check out our full event calendar here.
