Yoga has the power to regenerate our mind, body and soul. In a stressful environment, what our workspace often turns into, it's crucial to take breaks and focus on our emotional state and thoughts. The beta flows will help you calm your mind, connect with coworkers and get a better clarity throughout your day.
We dedicate the summer months to a mind and body revitalizing flow. Every Wednesday we'll gather together in betahaus | Neukölln for a community yoga session with our dear friends Cynthia from Arrivé Yoga.
WHO IS TEACHING?
Cynthia is a Canadian born world traveler, currently “settled“ in Berlin. With her many years of experience working in an office environment, she understands the difficulties of slowing down and taking a deep breath given certain surroundings and contagious habits. She developed a style of her own to reach a state of relaxation and inner peace. For over 13 years, she practiced mainly Hatha Yoga and occasionally sprinkled some Yin, Ashtanga, and Bikram Yoga. Finally decided to become a certified teacher in 2015 and completed her training in Nepal. Her priorities then became sharing her knowledge and creating space for those who want to reach a calm and healthy state using breath with energizing Asanas (Yoga positions) and calming exercises.
'My goal in teaching yoga is creating a guided space where we not only learn how to implement conscious movement for 60 minutes on a mat but also learn to integrate physical & mental practice to calm your nervous system and your mind for everyday experiences and go about your days more relaxed and clear minded.
