Janka Schmeißer is Head of Marketing and Senior Consultant at i-potentials, a recruitment&HR consultancy specialized on tech and online companies. Janka comes from a rather generalist background and has seen companies of all shades from the inside. At i-potentials, she has been supporting the growth of the company in different fields, above all in (employer) branding and communications, but has also helped to structure internal processes and developed expertise in getting a startup into shape for growth in personnel and public presence.
